I have partnered with The Lactation Network to accept some insurance coverage. To see if your insurance can be used for our visit, check your coverage using the link below. We will both be notified if you are approved. If approved, you will be covered for an initial consultation, plus up to 5 follow up visits. If additional follow up is required, we can submit another request.
*If you are not approved, I can provide you with a Superbill that you can submit to your insurance carrier to ask for reimbursement. PLEASE NOTE NOT ALL INSURANCE COMPANIES WILL REIMBURSE FOR LACTATION VISITS, EVEN WITH A SUPERBILL.*
